


We have for sale unit 110, week 16 (April 19-26 in 2003, which is Easter week) and a golf package at the Oyster Reef Club which provides free greens fees for up to 4 players per day for up to 6 days. The golf package will transfer with the deed to the condo. Our week usually starts at the time of the final two rounds of the Heritage Classic golf tournament.
Our condo is the newest of the Harbour Pointe buildings and is right on the banks of Broad Creek with nothing but plant and animal life between it and the water. It is a lovely two bedroom, two bath, ground floor end unit. The living room, balcony and master bedroom have magnificent views over tidewater in the heart of the island, a few hundred yards south of Shelter Cove. There is a big bay window in the dining room overlooking a garden, pond and pool. The full kitchen also houses a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has king size bed and 5-piece bath en suite with a huge whirlpool tub. A twin bedroom near the front entrance has a full bath adjoining. The units were renovated in 2002.
This was our first purchase on Hilton Head Island, which gave us an anchor week around which we booked other accommodation to make longer vacations. We no longer occupy this timeshare since we retired and bought a full ownership villa in Palmetto Dunes Resort as our Winter retirement home. We are asking $8900, which is fair market price given this Marriott resort's excellent facilities and management and the value of the week of golf at the Oyster Reef Club.
We have prepaid for 2003 both the annual maintenance fee of $525 (lowest of all Marriott condos on Hilton Head) and the annual golf fee of $105 (the total cost for that week's greens fees). If you are interested let us know and we will determine closing costs.
