Cabo San Lucas, located at the southern tip of Baja Peninsula, is well known for its dry, tropical climate and famous as one of the best spots for deep-sea fishing. Marlin, dorado, sailfish, and swordfish are the best catches. Beautiful scenery abounds as nearby mountains continue into the peninsula, narrowing at its end to form a magnificent natural stone arch, carved from the beating of the waves over the centuries.

• Full 25 year Contract.  All fees paid for year 2000.
• The Marina Fiesta is perfectly located on the beautiful marina, just walking distance from downtown.
• Can be used up to five weeks each year by paying the annual maintenance fee for each year. The time is taken off the end of the contract.
